Todd W. Carey & Associates of the Carolinas is a mechanical and electrical consulting engineering design firm which has recently relocated from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Its successor, Todd W. Carey & Associates, Inc., a Florida corporation, was established in 1981 and remained active until the 1996 relocation to North Carolina.

The success of our company has been achieved through our ability to integrate mechanical and electrical requirements with architectural aesthetics, thus achieving the desired end product at the most reasonable construction cost. Our computer experience began in 1982 with the implementation of the first version of Autocad. Our belief in the optimal utilization of computer systems helps to insure reliable, prompt results for all engineering evaluations.

Presently, the size of our staff enables us to handle a broad range of projects, yet still maintain a one-on-one contact with our clients. Regardless of the project's size or type, we are proud of the personal service that is provided. We have played an active role in various types of buildings including office buildings, industrial facilities, restaurants, hotel complexes, governmental projects, school board work and multi-family housing projects.
